Protect your jewelry by removing it when washing your hands, swimming, exercising, using chemicals, and cleaning. Avoid covering the jewelry with any lotion or body care products. Doing any of these things can affect the shine and surface of the jewelry.
Using jewelry polishes or dips are not recommended as they can be harsh and abrasive. To clean, wash lightly and wipe with a soft cloth.
Store your Layered Stone jewelry in its pouch or box to keep it safe when not being worn.
If within one year of original purchase date, a Layered Stone jewelry piece fails during normal wear because of a defect in workmanship or materials, we will repair or replace with like materials at no cost to you.
If a Layered Stone jewelry piece becomes damaged after one year of ownership, we will repair it will like materials at an additional cost.
The Layered Stone, LLC is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or damaged jewelry or products after delivery has been accepted.
To initiate a repair to an item, please contact Customer Service via email, service@thelayeredstone.com or by using the form on our contact page. Items returned to us must be well packaged, preferable in the original pouch or box. Returns must be completed with the instructions provided to you by Customer Service. All repairs will be completed within 30 days (usually faster) of our receipt of the package.
